Sustainable Capital (www.sustainablecapital.mu) is currently expanding its investment team. We are searching for an experienced fundamental investment analyst, whose primary role will be to conduct detailed company research and valuations of Africa-dominant listed equities (excluding South Africa).

The successful applicant will be based in Cape Town, South Africa, and will be required to travel into African countries on a regular basis. We offer a flexible, dynamic work environment in a focused investment team in a boutique asset manager with an expectation for excellent performance and an emphasis on work-life balance.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about long-term investment research and stock selection in the African context. An independent contrarian thinker with integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, emotional maturity, discipline, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and accountability would suit this role.
