GAEL Fund Services (GAEL) is an independent administrator providing a range of specialist outsourced administration and ancillary services. The experienced team is client-centric and focused on responsive service delivery to clients.

GAEL offers independent administration to a range of fund strategies, including but not limited to hedge funds, structured finance funds, loan funds, private equity, Section 12J funds, equity and fixed income funds. GAEL uses the end-to-end portfolio administration system, PFS-Paxus (Paxus), that can perform complex valuations, performance fee calculations and issue investor information. 

GAEL Amandla is a level 2 B-BBEE company and is a registered financial services provider. Amandla offers bespoke intermediary services and/or fund administration to investment managers

GAEL Fund Services Malta Limited (GAEL Malta) is established under the laws of Malta and is recognised to act as fund administrator by the Malta Financial Services Authority in terms of Article 9A of the Investment Services Act (Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta). GAEL Malta provides an offshore administration solution to funds domiciled in Malta, Cayman, BVI and Mauritius and provides bespoke administration solutions to funds domiciled in Guernsey.

GAEL Group holds an ISAE 3402 Type I report. The Group maintains a partnership relationship with clients to develop client specific solutions focused on the success and strategy of the client base.
