We offer Equities Prime Broking, Fixed Income Prime Broking, Securities Lending and Collateral Management. Our team offers institutional investors bespoke solutions to meet their securities borrowing and lending requirements through a well-balanced lending programme designed to maximise returns and minimise risk.

CLEARING

We provide clearing services for all JSE-listed derivatives for institutional clients and stockbrokers in SA, UK and Europe covering JSE equity, currency, commodity, interest-rate and bonds derivatives.

CUSTODY

Servicing clients locally and internationally, we offer investors a holistic, end-to-end asset servicing and cash management solution from a platform designed to minimise operational risks for institutional clients.

TRUSTEE SERVICES

We also offer Trustee Services where we oversee the administration and governance of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) in Securities, Property and Hedge Funds in terms of the CIS Control Act.

POST TRADE SERVICES

RMB Stockbroking Operations (Pty) Ltd is a Custody Services Provider (CSP) of the JSE and is also a member of A2X. This category of membership positions us to provide custody and settlement services to stockbrokers and JSE and A2X listed companies.
