The portfolio aims to deliver absolute returns in excess of CPI + 2% and utilises long, short and special opportunities.

Investment Strategy
The fund seeks to identify mispriced securities and opportunities caused by short-term market fluctuations and aims to benefit from these securities returning to intrinsic value over the medium term.
We have a bottom-up valuation-based philosophy, underpinned by the following principles:
- Establishing intrinsic value using a bottom-up research methodology.
- Opportunities are compared on a real-time ranking table.
- All our positions are appropriately-sized through a disciplined risk management process with many independent positions.
